WHITE COLLAR AND INVESTIGATIONS LEADERS JOIN FROST LLP WITH LAUNCH OF SILICON VALLEY OFFICE
Expanded White Collar, Investigations, and Compliance Practice Team is Unmatched in Strength and Range of DOJ, In-House Compliance, and Global Investigations Experience
LOS ANGELES – February 25, 2026 – FROST LLP today announced that Yasmin Best, Daniel Freed, and Daniel Seltzer are joining the firm as partners in its new Silicon Valley office, where they will anchor FROST’s expanded White Collar, Investigations, and Compliance practice group. The team, former early-career colleagues in the same white collar group of a major law firm, draw on their combined experience in senior roles at the Department of Justice, major multinational corporations’ in-house legal departments, and BigLaw, for a practice unique in breadth of knowledge and understanding of in-house client expectations. Best started in her role with the firm in February; Seltzer and Freed officially join on March 2 and April 1, respectively.
The expanded practice will represent clients in white collar defense, government enforcement, and internal investigations, along with providing General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Chief Privacy Officer-as-a service offerings. The team will also handle compliance risk assessments and program development, cybersecurity and ransomware responses, and AI risk mitigation and governance programs. The practice is led by managing partner Kristopher (Kris) Rossfeld, who is based in Los Angeles and Orange County.
