Kevin S. Dicker is a trusted litigator who has been handling sophisticated business disputes in Los Angeles for nearly 30 years. With long-established relationships in the LA business and legal communities, Kevin’s practice focuses on complex litigation across corporate, entertainment, employment, intellectual property, landlord/tenant, partnership, and real estate matters. Kevin’s broad litigation background includes serving as lead trial counsel in both State and Federal Court, and also extends to his substantial experience as lead counsel in appellate matters. He has successfully litigated major real estate disputes, entertainment industry guild arbitrations, bankruptcy matters, contract and lease disputes, as well as tort cases alleging fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, interference and unfair business practices.
Kevin takes pride in being an unyielding and compassionate advocate for his clients during the often challenging experience of litigation, and in his ability to guide his clients through the legal process while always taking into account their ultimate goals.
A native of Los Angeles, Kevin spent college on the East Coast completing a B.A. at Tufts University before returning to earn his J.D. from the University of Southern California. He is licensed to practice law in California and has been admitted before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
On his own time, Kevin can be found taking long walks with his wife Jen, watching bad reality TV with his daughter Reilly, or out at Dodger Stadium with his son Jake.
