Katie Pierucci is a partner at FROST LLP. A commercial litigator with over a decade of experience representing private companies and individuals in a variety of sectors, including entertainment, real estate, and sports, Katie’s approach is one of strategic and efficient advocacy.
At FROST LLP, Katie’s practice is focused on complex commercial litigation and business disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, and business torts in California state court, federal court, and arbitration. Katie represents clients ranging from entertainment companies to real estate enterprises, high-net-worth individuals, and professional athletes.
Prior to joining FROST LLP, Katie practiced litigation in Los Angeles at Milbank LLP and Eisner LLP.
Before beginning her career at Milbank LLP, Katie earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Davidson College and a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Irvine, School of Law. She clerked for the Honorable Jerome Holmes at the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. She is licensed to practice law in California.
