Jeffrey C. Bogert began practicing law in 1987. He grew an initial career in personal injury and professional errors and omissions litigation into a mass tort litigation practice on a national scale, representing plaintiffs in cases against Proctor and Gamble, Merck, Dupuy, Johnson & Johnson and Novartis. He has tried 31 cases to jury verdict in state and federal court and participated in bellwether trials.

Bogert is licensed to practice law in California and has been admitted to practice in Federal Court in Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, and the District of Columbia. He is a sought-after speaker at legal conferences, having presented on a variety of subjects before the Western Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice among others.

Beyond his significant litigation experience, Bogert has applied his legal knowledge as a general counsel for film studios and production companies and as a consultant for major productions. He served as the courtroom consultant for Law and Order True Crime – The Menendez Murders.

Bogert received his A.B. in political science from Occidental College, and his J.D. from the University of the Pacific / McGeorge School of Law. He lives in Brentwood, CA, with his wife, Tamara, and their Italian Mastiff, Charlie.
