An attorney at FROST LLP, Elen Kazariants is a well-rounded lawyer who holds a keen interest in intellectual property issues. She holds a certificate in Intellectual Property, Entertainment, and Technology from the Geoffrey H. Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law, alongside her Pepperdine Law degree. In addition to practicing IP litigation, Elen handles matters concerning antitrust, employment, general business, corporate and partnership, and entertainment disputes.
Elen previously served as a legislative assistant to California Senate Majority Leader Robert M. Hertzberg. She also clerked for the American Association of Port Authorities (AAPA), the leading trade association in the United States representing the interests of over 80 seaports in the nation. Elen advocated for seaports’ needs and addressed issues such as port development and operations, international trade, supply chain resiliency, and domestic infrastructure.
