Benjamin Grush is counsel at FROST LLP. A commercial litigator drawing on experience at both BigLaw and boutique law firms, Benjamin is a thoughtful advocate for business and individual clients on a range of business disputes as well as white collar and investigative matters.
Benjamin has successfully handled complex civil cases in state and federal court, including disputes centered on cybersecurity, contract and partnership, products liability, and securities. He has also supported internal investigations within organizations and assisted clients in responding to investigations brought by regulatory bodies. Among the clients Benjamin has represented are major corporations, real estate interests, and entertainment companies.
Benjamin graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Berkeley with an undergraduate degree in political science, and received his Juris Doctor from Berkeley Law School. At law school, Benjamin was a member of both the Berkeley Business Law Journal and Queer Caucus.
As a Los Angeles resident, Benjamin enjoys the cultural pursuits that the city has to offer including attending concerts and trying out new restaurants.
