Antitrust Litigation
Our team handles all sizes of antitrust matters up to and including multibillion-dollar matters. We have experience around the globe prosecuting and defending antitrust allegations in litigation or regulatory proceedings. Having successfully handled antitrust matters in the United States, Canada, Europe, China, Taiwan, Japan, and Australia, our attorneys are well-placed to take on complex domestic and cross-border cases.
Appellate Litigation
We have a growing appellate practice based out of our Los Angeles and Phoenix offices, where our appellate litigators have secured victories for clients that include the reversals of dispositive rulings before state and federal courts of appeal. Our attorneys have appeared before the Arizona and California Courts of Appeal, the Arizona Supreme Court, and the Ninth Circuit United States Court of Appeals.
Bankruptcy Litigation

Accordingly, we regularly act on behalf of clients in bankruptcy and related adversary proceedings as stand-alone matters or in the context of larger business disputes. In addition, we counsel clients faced with potential bankruptcy or pseudo-bankruptcy proceedings on how to best position the company for proceedings while maximizing asset protection and minimizing risk.

We have a considerable complex business litigation practice. Leveraging our superior tact and deep knowledge of civil procedure, our team successfully litigates business disputes (including divorces) of all shapes and sizes, accounting and financial services disputes, breach of contract matters, breach of fiduciary duty and fraud claims, class actions, partnership and member disputes, shareholder actions, and every variety of matters involving the remaining business torts.
