Dicker’s Nearly 30 Years of Experience Bolster Firm’s Senior Leadership in Complex Litigation, Trial and Appellate Experience
LOS ANGELES – August 13, 2024 – FROST LLP today announced that Kevin S. Dicker, a California-based business litigator with deep roots in the Los Angeles legal and business communities, has joined the firm as Partner. Dicker, whose career includes a substantial record of appearances as lead trial counsel in both State and Federal Court and as lead counsel in appellate matters, takes on the new role during a period of expansion for the bicoastal litigation firm known for its unapologetically aggressive™ approach.
Like FROST LLP founding partners Christopher Frost, John D. Maatta, and Josh Stambaugh, Mr. Dicker is a highly experienced trial lawyer. His long-standing practice focuses on complex business litigation across media, entertainment, intellectual property, real estate, and partnership-related matters. He has represented major real estate interests, celebrities and creatives. He has successfully litigated entertainment industry guild arbitrations, bankruptcy matters, contract and lease disputes, as well as tort cases alleging fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, interference and unfair business practices. He will continue to focus on these practice areas, and on trial work, at FROST LLP.

Mr. Dicker is a native of Los Angeles, having spent his career practicing in the state of California. He holds a B.A. from Tufts University and a J.D. from the University of Southern California. He is licensed to practice law in California and has been admitted before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
