Rossfeld Contributes Breadth of Knowledge As Former Chief Compliance Officer, Internal Investigator, and BigLaw Litigator
LOS ANGELES – September 11, 2025 – FROST LLP today announced that Kristopher (Kris) Rossfeld, a seasoned litigator and former C-level corporate compliance and investigations executive, has joined the firm as Managing Partner of its new Investigations, Compliance, and Privacy practice. Mr. Rossfeld’s practice at FROST will combine litigation and advisory services in these and related practice areas.
Mr. Rossfeld is a former chief compliance officer, in-house counsel, and internal investigator for multinational corporations in sectors ranging from agriculture and medical devices to large technology manufacturers. He has handled hundreds of compliance investigations, in more than 30 countries, and successfully responded to major cyber security attacks. He is also an experienced litigator with a BigLaw background who brings over 20 years of experience in antitrust litigation, corruption and fraud matters. His full bio is HERE.
At FROST LLP, he will apply his unique background to a broad compliance practice that deftly advises clients during times of crisis and guides them in prevention during times of calm. Mr. Rossfeld will draw on his extensive program-building experience in privacy, conflict of interest, artificial intelligence governance, compliance due diligence, and anti-corruption to help clients develop preventive policies and procedures. AI governance is an area of specific knowledge and interest for Mr. Rossfeld, who has previously assisted companies in structuring effective global AI processes for vetting and protecting their AI projects.
Like his colleagues in the partnership at FROST LLP, Mr. Rossfeld is first and foremost a litigator with major law firm experience managing and trying cases. He will also be active on a number of corporate litigation matters across practice areas.
