Who
We Are

team
We are a litigation-driven firm built for efficiency–melding legal strategy, discipline, and business advice to achieve positive outcomes for our clients.

Our Wins

A judgment and then an eight-figure settlement on behalf of a plaintiff against one of the most prominent plaintiff's attorneys in the history of the State of California—a result that largely precipitated the attorney’s meteoric, high-profile downfall
A summary dismissal and substantial fee award in an eight-figure lawsuit involving a prominent housing development
A total reversal by the California Court of Appeal of an anti-SLAPP motion granted by a lower court in a matter involving the sanitation and recycling industry with implications for municipal waste management
A summary judgement victory over a global rideshare platform in breach of contract litigation, in relation to amended claims by the opposing party to add allegations against our client

In Our Hearts

We are aggressive in legal matters, but we show a different side when it comes to causes near and dear to us.

Legal Career Accessibility

We are proud to help make legal careers accessible to all. Building on our firm’s rich history with the Caruso School of Law (CSOL) at Pepperdine University, we turned our values into action with a plan to support CSOL’s Suit Stipend Program. The Program provides financial support for each and every law student needing to purchase a suit for their first professional interview or role. To reach that goal, we have fully endowed the Dress for Success Suit Stipend Program.

Overdose Prevention

FROST LLP is a supporter of the Hummingbird Project, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to saving lives by offering awareness, fact-based education, and resources for harm reduction, substance use, and fentanyl poisoning/overdose prevention. Learn more from The Hummingbird Project.

Health Research

We were fortunate to host an event raising funds for the John Ritter Foundation for Aortic Health (JRF), an impactful nonprofit that funds research leading to lifesaving genetic discoveries around thoracic aortic aneurysm and dissection. JRF has awarded clinical research grants to improve the lives of patients post-dissection and continues to educate clinicians and families about the risks and signs of the often misdiagnosed and fatal disease.
